Knitted Edgings and Insertions

Normally in vintage booklets we see crocheted edgings patterns, but today we’re sharing knitted edging and insertion patterns.

They are from a 1936 Anne Orr book number 37 called, Decorative Bedspreads – Knitting. It was great to find these edgings among the pretty bedspread patterns.

There are eight in total. Each has the picture of the pattern with a coordinating number to the pattern instructions.

The pattern is in PDF format so to read it you’ll need the Adobe Reader software on your computer. Most computers come with it, but it is free and can be found here.
