Crochet Corners
Trims and Corners ~ Most of the time you see vintage crochet trim patterns but do you ever see a crochet pattern for a corner? Today I have several for you to match up with pretty crochet trims.
Crochet Trims
These trims and corners have all kinds of uses and would be especially appealing on a vintage piece. They add a pretty lace look to linens, handkerchiefs, collars and more.
Crochet Stitches Instruction Sheet
Use the sheet below with the PDF patterns. It includes the type of thread used for the crochet pieces, crochet abbreviations and an illustrated how-to on the different crochet stitches.
This sheet is great if you’re a beginner and could be helpful to a seasoned crocheter as well.
You can find the complete booklet at the Antique Pattern Library website. The book is titled The ABC Book of Crocheted Edges and Corners No. 2.
PDF Pattern Download Link
In this PDF file I’ve scanned the two pages of patterns and images shown above.
The pattern is in PDF format so to download it you’ll need the Adobe Reader software on your computer. Most computers come with it, but it is free and can be found here.
Download Instructions: You can use the Download button above or Right-Click the link and select either “save target as” or “save link as” depending your browser. Also, you can click on it, it will open in another window and there you can save or print it.

Oh my goodness. Thanks so much. Thank you for your time in this matter.
It is really hard to read the instructions due to smudges on the sentences. Is there a better way to see these clearer???? Love your blog.
I see what you mean. Sometimes it’s hard to get a good scan on these older booklets. It’s also one of my earlier blog posts so I may be able to get a better scan now or re-write some of the instructions. I’ll need to find the booklet and see what I can do this weekend. I’ll let you know when I’ve updated the post. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
I was able to locate the original booklet and re-scan the pages. They came out much better. I’ve also linked to the complete booklet on the Antique Pattern Library website. Here’s the link to the revised post: Vintage Crochet Trims and Corners Patterns
Thanks again for letting me know.
I love your crochet!!!
Thank you!!
