Trims and Corners ~ Most of the time you see vintage crochet trim patterns but do you ever see a crochet pattern for a corner? Today I have several for you to match up with pretty crochet trims.

These trims and corners have all kinds of uses and would be especially appealing on a vintage piece. They add a pretty lace look to linens, handkerchiefs, collars and more.

Crochet Stitches Instruction Sheet

Use the sheet below with the PDF patterns. It includes the type of thread used for the crochet pieces, crochet abbreviations and an illustrated how-to on the different crochet stitches.

This sheet is great if you’re a beginner and could be helpful to a seasoned crocheter as well.

You can find the complete booklet at the Antique Pattern Library website. The book is titled The ABC Book of Crocheted Edges and Corners No. 2.

    It is really hard to read the instructions due to smudges on the sentences. Is there a better way to see these clearer???? Love your blog.

      I see what you mean. Sometimes it’s hard to get a good scan on these older booklets. It’s also one of my earlier blog posts so I may be able to get a better scan now or re-write some of the instructions. I’ll need to find the booklet and see what I can do this weekend. I’ll let you know when I’ve updated the post. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
