Knitting Pattern for a Bedspread in a Pointed Leaf Design

Welcome to this Friday’s VTNS Fan Freebie!

I’m already looking forward to Fall, my favorite time of year, with the cooler weather and leaves turning shades of bright orange and yellow. I’ve noticed many stores are already filled with Autumn decorations.

Along those lines I’ve found a pretty leaf knitting pattern for a bedspread.

This bedspread or afghan is knitted in strips, then sewn together. There’s a diagonal strip, lace strip and edge. The finished size is up to you and  depends on the number of strips you knit.

A pair of steel size O knitting needles are used along with coarse knitting cotton.
