Today’s freebie is a Pom Pom Bunny. You’ll find it in a vintage American Thread’s Aunt Lydia’s Design Studio Star pattern Book 229.

He does look a little sad, but I’m sure you’ll be able to make his face a little bit more cheerful rather than looking so fearful.

These little bunnies use American Thread’s Aunt Lydia’s Heavy Rug Yarn. You can still find skeins of it on Ebay.

    Oh my goodness- lol- that face on the bunny! You know, that’s probably from my era, but I don’t recall toys & things being that scary looking. I do know things are a lot more “cutesy” now than before, but were they that bad as in this picture, then?? Maybe certain ones- I had some old photos & none of my childhood toys were frightening or “very nervous” as this one looks!
