Deer and Holly Embroidery
Have fun embellishing gifts and linens with these ready to print and transfer embroidery patterns. The designs are from two different antique embroidery books.
The images within the post are easy to save and print. You simply click on the image, it will open in another window and there you can save and/or print by right clicking and “Save image as” in the drop down menu.
The JPEG images within the post you will be able to download and manipulate in a photo software editing program.
The PDF file sheet you can copy onto your fabric for embroidery, but you won’t be able to change the size of the designs.

The pattern is in PDF format so to read it you’ll need the Adobe Reader software on your computer. Most computers come with it, but it is free and can be found here.
Download Instructions: Right-Click the link and select either “save target as” or “save link as” depending on what browser you are using or simply click on it and save or print.

The pdf on embroidery for the holly is very good. I especially appreciate the tip on extending the stitch slightly at the thorn points of the leaf with terra cotta colored thread, as it gives it a more natural appearance.
