Are you giving your Mom a plant this Mother’s Day? We are sharing a great way to make it unique. A vintage crocheted flower pot cover pattern.
This cover will work with a flower pot that is 4½ inches in diameter across the top, 2½ inches in diameter across the base and 4½ inches in height.
The pattern uses J&P Coats Knit Cro Sheen A64 100% mercerized cotton which is still available in many stores and a No. 7 crochet hook. You can use a thread color that will coordinate with the flowers on the plant or just go green.
Not only will this make a nice gift for any occasion, it would be a nice way to decorate your own plants at home.
